Build our future together:
Our Corporate Strategy team is responsible for conceiving and conducting analyses to help senior leadership make critical decisions for our business. We are looking for a Manager of Corporate Strategy who will play a key role in collaborating with functions across Regeneron to drive projects forward from start to finish, building models to assess different business options, and developing actionable insights for presentation to senior leadership.
This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to generate clear insights from complex information for leaders across the organization.
When & where:
- Location: Global HQ campus in Tarrytown, NY
- Work model/flexibility: On-site; not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements
- Travel percentage: Occasional travel may be required
Discover your role:
- Collaborate with all key functions of the company to gather information and data about our business
- Lead discussions with research, development, and commercial leaders to better understand specific challenges, and help find solutions
- Investigate emerging issues in the external landscape and how other biopharmaceutical companies are reacting to it
- Assess market opportunities and potential return for key R&D investment decisions
- Model future scenarios at the program and corporate level to inform internal business decisions and potential business development deals
- Contribute to the development of our annual long-term corporate outlook presentation to help senior management and the Board of Directors understand the consequences of the company's strategies
- Communicate conclusions and recommendations of analyses to senior management.
This role requires:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of work experience in consulting, equity research, or investment banking, or in a strategy role within the biopharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical skills, including extensive experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and strong command of financial modeling and valuation
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think through complex business problems and propose a path to a solution
- Strong interest in understanding “the big picture” of how drugs are developed and deliver meaningful impact to patients
- Comfort working independently and taking action on projects when limited guidance has been provided

Salary Range (annually)
$114,800.00 - $187,400.00
