Welcome to the beginning of your possible.
Where do you want to be?
We work in vibrant communities (and virtually) around the world, and we’re expanding into new locations all the time. So you can stay closer to home or try somewhere new.
DO WORK THAT MATTERS. GET SPACE TO GROW.
What you do at Regeneron will have an impact — on science, on patients and on you. You’ll work alongside people at the top of their fields. You’ll have the freedom to pursue your interests. Your voice will be heard. And along the way, we’ll be there with feedback and support to help you grow.
Starting Your Career
Develop your skills while working along side top experts in biotechnology. Process may vary based on region.
You find and apply for an opportunity, in your geographical region, posted at Careers.Regeneron.Com during August – November only.
Your application is assessed. Based on initial screening, we decide we'd like to learn more about your goals and the program selected.
Based on alignment, we invite you to join us for a round of interviews with project managers who align with your experience.
If we select you, we’ll extend an offer. If you accept it, programs begin in May.

Hear from our student thinkers and doers.
In my stem cell division, I really feel like there’s a community. Even as interns, we’re all able to laugh together and get to know each other on a deeper level.

I absolutely love coming to work every day. The culture is incredible, and the work we do is so meaningful, you can't help but be proud.

Regeneron is the first company I joined after graduating from college — and 24 years later, I’m still here! Working at Regeneron is never the same day after day, and each day I am both challenged and inspired by my work.
