At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking multiple 2027 Co-ops in Process Engineering, Operations & Continuous Improvement to join our Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development (PMPD) team, which develops the manufacturing processes used to scale up and produce Regeneron's medicines.

When & where:
Location: Tarrytown, NY
Timeframe: Our Co-op positions are full-time and onsite from January-August (Spring-Summer), May/June-December (Summer-Fall), and August-December (Fall).
Pay: Intern and Co-op pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for these locations is: $17.90-$50.90 per hour.
What you’ll do:
- Support technology transfer projects between development and manufacturing teams
- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across process development
- Build reporting and data-visualization tools to track project status across teams
- Coordinate with upstream, downstream, and analytical teams to gather project information
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency gains
- Prepare presentations and updates for cross-functional stakeholders
- Support project planning and timeline tracking
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization on operations
Relevant majors: Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management

- Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree (and be returning to school the semester following the position or graduating after the position)
- Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week from January-August, May/June-December, or August-December
- Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community preferred
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
