  • Build strategic and tactical alignment with cross-functional partners including IT/OT, IOPS PMO, Finance, CMC Program Management, Regulatory Sciences, Commercial, R&D, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure unified objectives and accountability to delivery
  • Own the supply chain project portfolio, driving performance and accountability against project milestones; lead change management activities and adoption across suppliers, customers, and end users
  • Guide the utilization and evolution of advanced planning and analytics tools including ERP/MRP/APS systems; own supply chain master data and integrate into enterprise governance; partner with IT/OT leadership to define the digital roadmap for planning systems
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that transform business processes, reduce lead times, manage costs, and enhance end-to-end supply chain efficiency
  • Develop and trend KPIs; evaluate the financial and operational impact of strategic projects and engage leadership to identify opportunities that improve efficiency while minimizing cost
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and data-driven decision-making

  • Senior Director: 15+ years of progressive experience in the same; level determined based on qualifications
  • Deep expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and supply chain management concepts; strong command of ERP/MRP/APS systems and planning analytics required
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing long-range supply chain strategy, ideally within a Center of Excellence or similarly matrixed organization
