We are seeking a Senior Review Committee Specialist, Content Operations to join our Marketing Operations team, supporting content review and approval activities in a hybrid model. In this role, you will support high-quality, compliant promotional content while collaborating with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing and vendor partners. Dublin, Office Based - Hybrid work model.
Reports to the Director, Marketing Operations.
Discover your role:
- Facilitate Medical, Legal and Regulatory review of promotional materials.
- Handle day-to-day operations of the Regeneron Review Committee team.
- Ensure promotional content meets applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- Support the evolution of Veeva PromoMats content operations.
- Enable the transition from traditional approval to modular content creation.
- Partner with Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory and vendor teams.
- Coordinate content review and approval activities with senior stakeholders.
- You bring a diligent approach while managing multiple priorities.
This role requires:
- Experience supporting promotional material review and approval processes.
- Knowledge of Medical, Legal and Regulatory review requirements.
- Experience with enterprise content management platforms, including Veeva PromoMats and Aprimo.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of content operations.
- Ability to support modular content creation and approval workflows.
- Strong stakeholder leadership skills across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to collaborate optimally with internal teams, vendors and senior stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
