As a Senior Corporate Compliance Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Global Corporate Compliance team. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Compliance, Global Compliance Operations, you will help maintain documentation, analyze compliance data, handle training systems, and assist with department projects and events. Your efforts will ensure the organization meets regulatory obligations, drives continuous improvement of compliance processes, and promotes a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.
Working in a highly collaborative, office-based environment, you will harness your proficiency with Microsoft Office, data analysis, and emerging AI tools to streamline workflows and produce high-quality materials for internal stakeholders. This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to launch or advance a career in corporate compliance.
In this role, a typical day might include the following:
- Updating compliance documentation, records, and tracking systems to ensure accuracy and readiness for audits
- Building visually engaging presentations in PowerPoint for leadership briefings, employee training, and department communications
- Analyzing compliance data in Excel, generating metrics dashboards, and preparing trend reports for management review
- Coordinating the Learning Management System (LMS/TalentHub) by enrolling users, tracking completions, and troubleshooting access issues
- Researching new AI and automation tools to improve compliance efficiency and communicating findings to the team
- Coordinating logistics for Ethics Day, national meetings, and other compliance-related events

In order to be considered for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Life Sciences, or Communications preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint design
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and a interest in applying them to compliance operations
