At Regeneron, our Global Business Services organization plays a critical role in delivering efficient, compliant, and employee-focused operations that support our global workforce. We are seeking a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Capability Center (GCC). In this role, you will support the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll services, with a main focus on United States payroll operations while also contributing to global payroll initiatives. You will partner closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, Tax, and business collaborators to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience. This role offers an opportunity to build expertise in payroll operations, contribute to process improvements, and support service delivery within a dynamic global organization.

  • Support the preparation and processing of US payroll, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.

  • Validate payroll data, review transactions, and perform audit checks and reconciliations to maintain payroll accuracy and adherence to internal controls.

  • Process garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other statutory deductions in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Global Payroll, and business partners to ensure employee data integrity and timely resolution of payroll-related inquiries.

  • Support payroll tax administration, including multi-state tax considerations, employee tax updates, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Assist with payroll reporting, month-end and quarter-end activities, reconciliations, and ad hoc requests from internal and external team members.

  • Participate in payroll system testing, upgrades, enhancements, and projects involving Workday, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and related payroll applications.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization efforts, and operational excellence programs within the GCC.

  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, compliance, data integrity, and control adherence across all payroll activities.

  • Provide cross-functional support and backup coverage to ensure continuity of payroll operations and service delivery.

This role requires

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related subject area; equivalent experience considered.

  • 4+ years of payroll experience, with proven knowledge of payroll operations and payroll tax compliance.

  • Understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, multi-state payroll requirements, and applicable statutory compliance obligations.

  • Experience processing payroll transactions, performing reconciliations, analyzing payroll data, and resolving payroll discrepancies.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation activities.

  • Familiarity with payroll and HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, ADP, CloudPay, or similar systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.

  • Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and internal control activities within payroll operations.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced shared services or global operations environment.

  • Payroll certifications such as CPP, FPC, or equivalent credentials preferred.

  • Experience supporting US payroll operations within a Shared Services Center or Global Capability Center preferred.

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule and periodically align with US business hours to support payroll processing and team member requirements.
