We are seeking a Lead Manufacturing Support Technician to join our team, supporting our clean room manufacturing operations. In this role, you will provide on-the-floor leadership to a team of direct reports while performing cleaning and disinfection tasks that ensure microbial control of components, all while collaborating with fellow manufacturing staff, Managers, Directors, and HR.

Work model/flexibility: On-site
Shift Requirements: 2nd shift, Sat-Tues 1:00pm-11:30pm
Discover your role:
Provides on-the-floor leadership to a team of direct reports supporting clean room manufacturing operations
Oversees direct reports' timesheets, training completion, and monthly performance feedback meetings
Escalates performance issues to Manager, Director, and/or HR as needed
Performs equipment cleaning tasks for small parts used in clean rooms per approved SOPs and production schedules
Organizes delivery and disinfection of raw materials for transport to the point of use within the clean room
Maintains clean room gowning inventory and keeps process areas stocked with essential equipment and components
Assists with room cleaning tasks such as mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and removing waste
Follows current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs), including proper documentation of training, and ensures all tasks are performed in a manner consistent with safety standards
This role requires:
Education requirement and years of experience: High School Diploma or equivalent + 2 or more years of related work experience
