We are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources function, supporting our France, Canada, and Belgium operations in a hybrid work mode. In this role, you will deliver the full spectrum of HR activities supporting the international Commercial business while collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence, business leaders, and the Legal team. Discover your role:
Deliver full spectrum HR activities across employee lifecycle
Manage employee relations cases and regulatory compliance requirements
Partner with business leaders to align HR priorities and solutions
Lead labour relations engagement with works council representatives
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent review processes
Drive organisational development initiatives with leadership teams
Navigate complexity and balance operational and strategic priorities
Build constructive relationships with employee representatives and stakeholders
This role requires:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline, or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years’ HR experience including international commercial support
Fluency in French and English languages
Demonstrated expertise in labour relations and works council engagement
Experience across full HR lifecycle from administration to strategic partnering
Strong data literacy and experience with HR systems and Microsoft tools
