We are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources function, supporting our France, Canada, and Belgium operations in a hybrid work mode. In this role, you will deliver the full spectrum of HR activities supporting the international Commercial business while collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence, business leaders, and the Legal team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organisation making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

Discover your role:

  • Deliver full spectrum HR activities across employee lifecycle

  • Manage employee relations cases and regulatory compliance requirements

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR priorities and solutions

  • Lead labour relations engagement with works council representatives

  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent review processes

  • Drive organisational development initiatives with leadership teams

  • Navigate complexity and balance operational and strategic priorities

  • Build constructive relationships with employee representatives and stakeholders

This role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 8 years’ HR experience including international commercial support

  • Fluency in French and English languages

  • Demonstrated expertise in labour relations and works council engagement

  • Experience across full HR lifecycle from administration to strategic partnering

  • Strong data literacy and experience with HR systems and Microsoft tools
