We are seeking a Senior Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Payroll team within our Global Capability Center in a hybrid role. In this position, you will support the accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple countries by validating employee payroll data, coordinating with payroll vendors, supporting compliance activities, and maintaining payroll documentation. You will collaborate closely with Global Payroll, Human Resources, and Finance teams to ensure payroll excellence while contributing to process improvements and standardization initiatives. Discover your role:

  • Support payroll processing activities for assigned international countries by collecting, validating, and entering employee payroll data.

  • Perform routine payroll audits, reconciliations, and data reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

  • Maintain payroll calendars, processing schedules, checklists, and supporting documentation.

  • Partner with Global Payroll, Human Resources, and Finance teams to ensure employee data integrity and timely payroll input submissions.

  • Coordinate with external payroll vendors to provide required data, monitor deliverables, and resolve routine payroll-related inquiries.

  • Support the implementation of statutory and regulatory payroll updates across assigned countries.

  • Generate payroll reports and assist with month-end payroll and accounting activities.

  • Participate in payroll process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and GCC standardization projects.

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, confidentiality requirements, and compliance standards.

  • Build effective working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders while delivering a high level of customer service and operational support.

This role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, HR shared services, accounting, finance operations, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with large volumes of data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, ADP, or equivalent platforms is preferred.

  • Exposure to global payroll operations or shared services environments is preferred.

  • Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, or time zones is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity when handling sensitive employee information.

  • Learning agility with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively within a global team environment
