This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & where:

  • Location: Raheen, Limerick

What you’ll do:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of supply chain activities, digital operations & associated business processes
  • Collaborating with internal teams to maintain effective material flow, inventory accuracy, and product availability
  • Ensuring adherence to established procedures, compliance requirements, and required training standards within the warehouse operation
  • Developing, maintaining, and analysing operational KPIs to support performance monitoring and strategic decision-making
  • Producing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for warehouse, inventory, logistics, and service performance
  • Conducting root cause analysis on performance issues and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventative actions
  • Tracking and reporting on inventory, capacity utilisation, throughput, productivity, service levels, and other key operational metrics
  • Supporting forward planning activities through data-driven analysis of capacity, capability, demand, and service requirements

Let’s find out if we’re a fit:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or operations (5+ years desirable)
  • Proven experience developing, analysing, and reporting operational KPIs and performance metrics
  • Experience using reporting, dashboarding, or business intelligence tools is desirable
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques
  • Experience working with external partners is beneficial
  • Experience in regulated industries is an advantage
