Regeneron is currently seeking a QC Sample Management Specialist to join our Quality Control team. This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in supporting QC operations by managing samples, maintaining compliance, and ensuring accurate tracking and documentation throughout the testing lifecycle.
When & Where:
- Location: Raheen, Limerick, Ireland.
- This is a full-time onsite position.
- This role supports Quality Control laboratory operations and cross-functional teams across the site.
What You'll Do:
- Receive, verify, track, and manage QC samples throughout their lifecycle using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Maintain chain of custody and ensure samples are handled in accordance with approved procedures and GMP requirements.
- Support sample shipment activities, inventory management, storage, and disposal processes.
- Review and document test results, reporting any quality concerns or anomalies.
- Maintain laboratory supplies and support laboratory readiness activities.
- Assist with controlled temperature unit monitoring and preventive maintenance activities.
- Verify instrument and equipment calibration prior to use.
- Write, update, and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support operational excellence and compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, method validations, and project activities as required.

- Requires a BS/BA in Life Sciences or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
