Supply Network and Capacity Analyst

Regeneron is currently looking for a Network and Capacity Planning Analyst, to support IOPS. The Supply and Operations Planning function is responsible for the end-to-end planning of all production within the Regeneron network, including our internal and external manufacturing network, and supporting both clinical and commercial product portfolios. The Network and Capacity Planning Analyst is responsible for tasks related to global production allocations, multi-site production capacity analysis and integration of manufacturing-impactful activities and business initiatives.

Discover your role:

• Translate global demand requirements into site production allocations, identifying and escalating conflicts in an efficient manner, including multiple draft scenarios for leadership consideration
• Create allocation plans for multiple assets in an efficient manner, including multiple draft scenarios for leadership consideration
• Assist with building and maintaining capacity models to forecast future needs, including product and asset lifecycle management
• Support long-term planning efforts to help identify and flag potential business risks
• Work with cross-functional groups including CMC Program Management, Regulatory Sciences, Operations and Finance to keep plans aligned with program and supply timelines
• Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions when they arise to minimize disruption to production and supply needs
• Act as the point of contact for global production data to several cross-functional departments such as supply planning, finance, engineering/facilities, and quality assurance
• Create routine informational reports distributed to a cross-functional audience
• Lead or assist efforts improving communication and collaboration between different functional groups and levels of the organization
• Participate in production-impactful change management efforts, including helping to determine windows of implementation to minimize rework, increase efficiency and provide the most value to the business
• Act as the primary point-of-contact/subject matter expert for assigned program or area of specialty
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional departments

This role requires:

• BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering/Science discipline or related field required
• Analyst: 2+ years of experience
• Senior Analyst: 2+ years of experience
• Master's degree (MBA, MS Supply Chain, or life sciences) and/or APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
• Relevant biotech manufacturing or supply chain management experience is a plus
• May consider equivalent combination of education and experience. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role
