We are seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Team Lead to join our plant operations team, supporting materials management and logistics in an on-site, floor-based role. In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership to a team responsible for the receipt, documentation, and movement of inventory within the plant and from outside sources, while collaborating with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams. Discover your role:
- Lead and support a warehouse team on the floor, overseeing receipt, documentation, labeling, and movement of inventory and non-inventory items throughout the plant
- Unload trucks, inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and packing slips, and transfer materials to QA Release, storage, or process areas
- Maintain accurate paper and electronic records of received goods, inventory transfers, and material disbursements to production
- Generate and apply labels to received inventory; schedule deliveries of incoming raw materials and coordinate outbound shipments per SOPs
- Examine, stock, and distribute materials to manufacturing; fill requisitions manually and electronically for production workers
- Support shipping and receipt of finished products in coordination with fillers, labelers, and distribution partners
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and compliant with cGMP safety practices and established SOPs
- Monitor employee training completion and timesheets; conduct monthly performance feedback meetings and escalate issues to management or HR as needed
This role requires:
- Lead Warehouse Associate I: High school diploma or GED and 0 – 2 years of experience
- Lead Warehouse Associate II: High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience
- Lead Warehouse Associate III: High school diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience
- Lead Warehouse Associate IV: High school diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience
- Associate’s degree and/or dedicated warehouse experience in a cGMP environment preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including unloading trucks, lifting heavy items, and operating a forklift
- Forklift certification, handheld scanner experience, and/or CDL a plus
- Shift Requirements (Schedule): 2nd 4x10 | Sun-Wed | 12:00p-10:30p
- Shift Requirements (Physical): Role involves regular lifting of heavy items, standing, and operating material handling equipment
