We are seeking a Manager, Finance – International Commercial Finance to join our Finance team, supporting our international commercial business. In this role, you will provide financial analysis, forecasting, performance insights, and decision support for international commercialization activities while collaborating with Finance colleagues, Country Finance Directors, Accounting teams, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and other business functions. Discover your role:
Lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance review activities supporting international commercialization businesses.
Manage and develop finance team members as appropriate while partnering with global Finance colleagues and business partners.
Prepare and maintain quarterly product and brand profit and loss statements for international markets outside the United States.
Maintain revenue trackers, product performance dashboards, and operating expense reporting across multiple functions and geographies.
Deliver monthly performance review materials, sales reports, constant currency analysis, and quarterly revenue landing activities for leadership.
Support gross-to-net analysis, accrual and prepayment calculations, and communicate financial inputs to Accounting for posting.
Analyze financial impacts of rebates, claw-backs, claw-forwards, pharmaceutical fees, tender offers, and price-volume agreements.
You bring a proactive, adaptable approach to solving complex financial challenges and generating actionable business insights.
This role requires:
Relevant undergraduate degree and professional finance qualification such as ACA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent, and/or a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA.
Minimum 7 years of progressive finance-related experience, including at least 4 years of post-qualification experience where applicable.
Experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and commercial profit and loss management.
Ability to prepare and maintain financial models, revenue trackers, operating expense dashboards, and management reporting.
Experience working with budgeting and forecasting systems, including loading and managing financial data.
Knowledge of financial analysis related to gross-to-net processes, rebates, claw-backs, claw-forwards, pharmaceutical fees, tender offers, and price-volume agreements.
Experience preparing accruals, prepayments, revenue analyses, constant currency analyses, and financial performance reporting.
Ability to support regulatory spend analysis and full-time equivalent rate calculations.
Fluent English communication skills; additional Indian language capabilities are advantageous.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, demonstrate persistence and initiative, and evaluate issues from multiple perspectives.
Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or Shared Service Centre environment is a plus.
