Medical Director, Medical Affairs, Allergy & Respiratory

We are seeking a Medical Director, Medical Affairs to join our Allergy & Respiratory team, supporting Regeneron's strategic assets in asthma and/or COPD. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of medical strategies, ensuring scientific integrity and accuracy, while collaborating with field medical teams, medical operations, HEOR, publication management, and external clinical experts.

  • Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY or Warren, NJ
  • Travel: 25% to relevant conferences/congresses

Discover your role:

  • Develop and oversee US and ex-US medical strategy, including scientific communications, publications, and field collaborations
  • Support the design, conduct, oversight, analysis, and reporting of post-approval respiratory clinical trials
  • Partner with CRO medical monitors and participate in clinical study team meetings and data review sessions
  • Drive generation and dissemination of clinical and non-clinical data supporting the medical strategy
  • Collaborate across a multifunctional, matrix organization spanning medical, operations, and statistics teams
  • Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with clinical experts, societies, and advocacy groups
  • Support commercial activities, including promotional material review and speaker/colleague training

This role requires:

  • MD/MBBS or equivalent medical degree, with specialized training and experience in pulmonology or allergy, specifically asthma
  • At least 2-4 years of industry experience in Allergy/Respiratory Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Development
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical trial execution
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver succinct, strategic insights to senior management
  • Experience working in an alliance setting strongly preferred
