Key Account Manager - Hematology (f/m/d) - Germany North-West

We are seeking a Key Account Manager Hematology to join our International Hematology team, supporting Germany in a field-based work mode. In this role, you will drive account performance and regional contracting activities for our hematology portfolio while collaborating with Medical colleagues, pharmacists, hospital stakeholders, and commercial teams. Discover your role:

  • Establish high-quality healthcare professional relationships across the territory

  • Develop referral networks spanning hospital, outpatient, and office-based settings

  • Deliver portfolio value messages through face-to-face, remote, and digital engagement

  • Partner with Medical on regional programs and healthcare professional activities

  • Manage account planning, segmentation, targeting, and local account plans

  • Support regional contracting activities and adapt contract models to local needs

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform negotiations

  • Thrive in an agile environment and adjust priorities to account needs

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent for sales professionals

  • 5-7 years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience

  • Knowledge of the German healthcare system and regional market structures

  • Experience using data, customer relationship management systems, and multiple business systems

  • Qualification in applicable pharmaceutical industry codes, including EFPIA Code or VFA Pharmakodex

  • Fluency in German and good working knowledge of English

  • Ability to manage a large territory independently with frequent travel

  • Strong customer engagement, negotiation, and communication skills

  • High integrity and ethical standards in all interactions

  • Hematology sales experience and an established network strongly preferred

  • Experience supporting hospital, purchasing group, or payer contract negotiations preferred

  • Product launch experience preferred

Salary range (annually)

73,125 -121,875 €
