This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organisation making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & where:

  • Shift Requirements: 24/7
  • Location: Raheen, Limerick

What you’ll do:

  • Unloading trucks, lifting heavy items, and operating a forklift.
  • Unpacking and checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices. Maintaining paper and/or electronic records of received goods.
  • Transferring materials physically to QA Release Area, appropriate storage location, or process area and documenting the transfers in computerised systems.
  • Preparing and maintaining paper and electronic records of materials received. Confirming the accuracy of inventory receipts as per the packing slip and/or Certificate of Analysis.
  • Examining, stocking, and distributing materials in inventory and to manufacturing.
  • Scheduling deliveries of incoming raw materials.
  • Packing out materials being shipped as per SOP’s Loads Trucks for shipment
  • Assisting with shipping of finished products for filling, labeling and distribution.
  • Assisting with receipt of finished product from fillers, labelers and any other source.
  • May participate in the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) program.
  • Participating in NOE’s, EOE’s, or CAPA’s as required.
  • Monitoring employees training to ensure that all requirements are met, including OJT.
  • Perform monthly performance feedback meetings with direct reports.

  • Requires a HS Diploma/GED/Leaving Cert or equivalent, plus one year relevant experience.
  • Associate’s degree and/or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience in a cGMP environment preferred.
  • Experience operating a forklift, handheld scanner and or CDL is a plus.
