The Senior Director of Neurology HCP Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the Neurology portfolio in the United States. This involves understanding the evolving competitive landscape, aligning with broader franchise strategies, and customizing approaches for specific healthcare providers like Neurologist. The Senior Director of will contribute to the financial success of the products and will report to the Executive Director Marketing Lead.
A Typical Day Might Look Like This:
- Leading the development of the Rare Neurology strategy and ensuring it aligns with the overall brand strategy.
- Effectively conveying and advocating for the Neurology portfolio strategy among key internal stakeholders.
- Overseeing the development of focused messages and tactics for Neurologists.
- Leading the development of competitive strategy to address current and future competitors.
- Developing and fostering strong partnerships with Sales, Medical Affairs, TLLs, Market Research, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Clinical, HEOR and other cross functional partners to ensure aligned objectives at Regeneron and across the alliance.
- Ensuring that marketing processes and programs align with corporate guidance, as well as regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines.
- Leading and providing development opportunities for direct reports.
- Monitoring spending against budget and managing projects to agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and scope.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have a bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is a plus. 15+ years of progressive industry or relevant professional experience. 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or a related industry. Rare Neurology experience is preferred. Must be willing to travel 25-30% of the time, including weekend travel as needed. Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 4 days on-site at Sleepy Hollow, NY (Westchester County).
