- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology brand marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the Austrian and Swiss healthcare markets.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and promotional regulations.
- Proficiency in English & German.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30-40%.
- Experience in oncology marketing, including immuno-oncology, preferred.
- Product launch experience preferred.
- Strong prioritization, relationship-building, and budget management skills.
