We are seeking a Senior IT Technology Specialist to join our IOPS IT team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and driving IT and OT solutions across our industrial sites. In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in IT/OT risk management, security, and operational excellence — identifying and mitigating risks, overseeing incident management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards — while collaborating with cross-functional teams, service providers, and third-party partners. Discover your role:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within IT and OT operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements; advise management and business owners on critical issues
- Monitor endpoint security posture, respond to incidents, and coordinate remediation efforts; support IT/OT network segmentation initiatives in alignment with industry frameworks such as IEC 62443
- Contribute to Enterprise Cyber Resiliency projects, enhancing the organization's ability to withstand, detect, respond to, and recover from cybersecurity incidents across IT and OT environments
- Provide oversight and guidance for major incidents, ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective stakeholder communication, and thorough post-incident review
- Partner with service providers and third-party teams to ensure quality of service, highest levels of availability and efficiency, and adherence to agreed SLAs benchmarked against industry standards
- Provide direction and oversight across the full lifecycle of IT/OT solutions from initiation through transition, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery
- Support audits and compliance reviews with detailed documentation and insights into IT/OT risk management practices; monitor emerging risks and recommend proactive measures to safeguard systems
- Train and guide team members on risk management protocols, fostering a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement across IT operations
- Deep experience with ITIL disciplines and service management in large-scale, diverse environments including incident management and escalation procedures
- Experience with operating systems including Microsoft Windows and Linux, and virtualization platforms such as VMware
- Experience with monitoring and security tools such as Splunk, Claroty, and next-generation OT tools preferred
- Proven problem determination and root cause analysis skills; excellent customer-facing, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams and third-party service providers
This role requires:
- BS/BA in Information Technology or a related field
- Senior: 5 years of experience delivering IT/OT services.
- Principal: 8 years of experience delivering IT/OT services.
- Strong GxP experience and experience in highly regulated environments required.
- May consider equivalent combination of education and experience; level determined based on qualifications
