We are seeking a Facilities Manager Corporate Facilities Operations to join our Facilities Operations function, supporting our Hyderabad site in an on-site work model. In this role, you will ensure the site remains safe, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with global facilities standards while collaborating with Finance, Corporate Facilities Operations, Corporate Workplace Strategy & Planning, Corporate Security, Environmental Health & Safety teams, vendors, landlords, and site leadership. Discover your role:
Manage vendor, service provider, and landlord relationships, including onboarding, contract negotiation, purchase orders, invoice resolution, SLA performance, and issue resolution.
Lead Environmental, Health & Safety compliance activities, including risk assessments, inspections, corrective actions, contractor safety management, accident investigations, and compliance tracking.
Oversee repairs, maintenance, refurbishments, relocations, and overall site readiness to support daily operations and evolving business needs.
Own business continuity and emergency response planning, including evacuation procedures, Everbridge notifications, and coordination during emergency situations.
Implement workplace strategy, occupancy planning, design standards, furniture, branding, wayfinding, and signage programs in partnership with Corporate Workplace Strategy & Planning.
Manage facilities budgets, cash flow forecasts, records administration, compliance reporting, audit findings, and employee communications regarding building updates and procedures.
Partner closely with cross-functional collaborators to maintain alignment with global standards while supporting local site requirements.
You bring strong judgment, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
This role requires:
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
7+ years of experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or building operations, ideally including vendor and landlord contract management.
Working knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and compliance requirements applicable to commercial office facilities in India.
Demonstrated experience managing facilities budgets, vendor and service provider contracts, and procurement processes.
Working knowledge of contract furniture systems and applicable local codes.
Fluency in English, with additional local language skills as appropriate.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and purchase order or facilities management systems such as Oracle, Maximo, or FM Systems preferred.
Strong judgment, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborators, including corporate, Finance, and site leadership teams.
Ability to support occasional coordination aligned to U.S. business hours and respond to facility emergencies outside standard business hours when required.
Ability to perform site walk-throughs, audits, inspections, and vendor reviews as needed.
