We are seeking a Director, Global Procurement - Training and Development to join our Global Procurement organization. In this role, you will lead the design, execution, and evolution of our procurement capability agenda, shaping the learning culture and internal talent pipeline that powers our global procurement function, while collaborating with leaders across Global Procurement and HR. You will also ensure delivery of training programs, development of functional competencies, and early career talent initiatives.

Discover your role:

  • Develops and implements a global procurement learning and development strategy aligned to business needs and future skills

  • Designs, delivers, and scales training programs spanning onboarding, functional skills, systems, and leadership development

  • Leads the Future Leaders Early Talent Development Program, including graduate hiring, rotations, and mentorship

  • Establishes a procurement competency framework and learning roadmap across all regions and categories

  • Partners with HR, procurement leaders, and external providers to ensure consistent global learning standards

  • Measures training impact through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes, iterating for continuous improvement

  • Leverages digital learning platforms and analytics to enable scalable, personalized learning experiences

  • Coaches and guides direct reports on performance and career development, modeling leadership for the organization

This role requires:

  • Director Level: Bachelor's degree with 10-15 years of experience in procurement or supply chain environments (preferably in Pharma/BioPharma)

  • Demonstrated success leading and supporting procurement or supply chain teams through training and change programs

  • Experience building early career talent programs such as graduate schemes, internships, or rotational programs

Preferred qualifications:

  • Command of adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning technologies

  • Experience leading associate-level professionals in a multi-national firm, including performance reviews and coaching

  • Experience in Pharma/BioPharma
