We are seeking a Senior Manager, Real-World Data and Analytics (RWDnA) will support the generation of real-world evidence (RWE) in oncology by delivering data-driven insights through the analysis of real-world data (RWD). The individual will contribute to query/protocol/statistical analysis (SAP) development and execute analyses of RWD to support the generation of RWE to address research questions. The successful candidate will conduct hands-on programming on internal RWD assets, support publication activities, and participate in vendor management.

Discover your role:
• Contribute to the development of RWE queries, protocols, and statistical analysis plans (SAPs) within oncology
• Translate analytic findings into clear insights and communicate them directly to project teams
• Support end-to-end RWE query and study delivery, including hands-on programming and quality control of analytic code
• Evaluate and identify appropriate real-world data sources to address specific research questions
• Contribute to scientific communications, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and internal presentations
• Support senior team members in coordinating activities with external analytics vendors and research partners
This role requires:
• Doctoral degree in a quantitative field focused on the application of data science to healthcare data with 2+ years of hands-on programming experience; or a Master's degree in a related field with 4+ years of hands-on programming experience
• Hands-on experience with real-world data sources such as large-scale administrative claims data (e.g., Optum, Medicare, Komodo claims) and electronic health records (EHRs)
• Experience in oncology research and with oncology-specific real-world data (e.g., Flatiron, ConcertAI)
• Advanced programming capabilities using SAS and R
• Proficiency in statistical methodologies including survival analysis, propensity score methods, and generalized linear models.
• Experience with machine learning approaches applied to real-world data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
