We are seeking an Associate Director, Manufacturing Finance to join our Integrated Operations finance team, supporting budget management, forecasting, and strategic financial planning across IOPS operating expenses and collaboration programs. In this role, you will serve as a key financial partner to cross-functional leaders — aligning on program costs, managing COGS, and translating complex financial data into actionable guidance — while collaborating with CMC Program Management, Program Finance, Commercial Finance, and Corporate Strategy. Discover your role:
- Serve as primary financial liaison between IOPS Finance and cross-functional partners including CMC Program Management, Program Finance, Commercial Finance, and Corporate Strategy to align on program costs and strategic planning
- Prepare and review IOPS sections of program budgets spanning operating expenses, drug supply, revenue and reimbursement, capital expenditures, device development, headcount, and FTEs
- Lead quarterly re-forecasting of IOPS program costs including collaboration budgets, ensuring alignment with Program Finance stakeholders
- Manage COGS/COCM across all programs, maintaining financial templates for cost of goods calculations and aligning projections with Corporate Strategy for ad-hoc planning support
- Support and review variance explanations between actual and budgeted results and across budget and forecast iterations
- Represent IOPS Finance on collaboration joint working groups, managing financial relationships with external collaborators on CMC costs
- Manage and respond to ad-hoc program budget and forecast requests from Program Management, providing clear financial guidance on key business decisions
- Lead special projects and analyses in support of broader IOPS business objectives; demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate financial complexity into clear guidance for senior business partners
- Strong experience in budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis in a complex, matrixed organization
- Familiarity with COGS/COCM modeling and collaboration budget structures preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences finance preferred
This role requires:
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Senior Manager: 8 years of relevant experience
- Associate Director: 10 years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement; level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role

Salary Range (annually)
$126,300.00 - $241,200.00
