We are seeking a Sales Representative Immunology Commercial Japan Region to join our Immunology Commercial Team, supporting our Japan business in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will achieve immunology sales objectives while collaborating with alliance partners and cross-functional teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

Discover your role:
- Achieve immunology sales objectives through territory budget and expense management.
- Develop annual territory business plans using market insights and brand strategies.
- Use key data sources to build territory action plans.
- Deliver customer value through strategic engagement and tailored solutions.
- Complete expense, call, marketing, and field insight reporting.
- Operate within regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with alliance partners to deliver shared business objectives.
- You build strong customer relationships while managing priorities effectively.
This role requires:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years of pharmaceutical sales representative experience.
- MR Certification and a valid driver license.
- Strong customer engagement skills with a value-focused approach.
- Ability to conduct disease and concept-based selling.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong planning, organization, and independent execution skills.
- Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email software.
- Ability to tailor presentations to different audiences.
- Alliance experience or exposure.
- Therapy area knowledge in rhinology and respiratory preferred.
- Biologics sales experience preferred.
- Current clinical knowledge of therapy areas and competitor brands preferred.
- Established key opinion leader relationships in rhinology and respiratory preferred.
- English fluency is a plus.
