This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.
When & where:
- Location: Raheen, Limerick

- Act as Technical SME and delivery lead across Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and adjacent applications — partnering with Business Process Owners and system integrators to shape and deliver solutions end-to-end
- Lead business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, current- and future-state process mapping, gap analysis, and fit-gap workshops across cross-functional workstreams
- Author and review Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Technical Design Documents (TDDs), and Business Process Documents (BPDs) for RICEFW objects across Fusion, EBS, and adjacent systems
- Lead integration design and delivery between Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and adjacent platforms such as Kinaxis, Maximo, MES, and Boomi-mediated interfaces

- Support project governance activities including RAID log ownership, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination; use Jira to track RICEFW deliverables, defects, and change requests
- Mentor and train less experienced IT Applications team members; lead security access reviews, audit trail reviews, and provide senior-level support during hyper care and post-go-live phases
- Extensive hands-on experience configuring and delivering Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS across the full project lifecycle — from requirements through deployment and hyper care
- Experience supporting an EBS-to-Fusion transformation, large-scale enhancement, or major integration program required
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated GxP environment required; strong familiarity with GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, and CSA/CSV practices
