We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Information Technology Operations Management to support the execution and continuous improvement of Information Technology operational processes across Research and Preclinical Development Information Technology (R&pD-IT). This role will ensure reliable service delivery, operational stability, and compliance with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements.
The Senior Analyst will act as a key liaison between operational teams, engineering, and Information Security/GRC functions, translating enterprise standards into consistent, audit-ready execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, analytical capabilities, and a proactive mindset to improve processes, enhance system reliability, and support a regulated Information Technology environment.

Discover your role:
Information Technology Operations Execution
Execute core Information Technology operational processes including system maintenance, patching, monitoring, asset lifecycle management, and service request fulfillment
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational runbooks
Support high availability and reliability of infrastructure and applications
Controls, Compliance & Audit Readiness
Execute and monitor operational controls related to system access, asset management, and security compliance
Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence for audits
Identify control gaps and partner on remediation
Process Improvement & Optimization
Analyze workflows for inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to SOP development and updates
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with Information Technology, engineering, security, and business teams
Support shared ownership models and improve handoffs
Work with vendors for service delivery
Operational Analytics & Reporting
Track and report key operational metrics (SLAs, uptime, compliance)
Perform root cause analysis for incidents
Provide insights for improvement
End-User Support & Communication
Support issue resolution and communications
Assist with training and documentation
This role requires:
5+ years in Information Technology operations or service delivery roles
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience in regulated environments (GxP preferred)
Experience in LabIT environments
Technical Skills
Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools
Familiarity with monitoring and endpoint tools
Experience with reporting and analytics
Basic automation/scripting knowledge preferred
General
Strong understanding of Information Technology operations processes (incident, problem, change, asset)
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and analytical skills
Detail-oriented with focus on compliance
Domain Knowledge
Information Technology operations lifecycle understanding
Operational controls and compliance awareness
ITIL familiarity
Asset and endpoint management knowledge
Incident and problem management experience
Required Licenses & Certificates:
