Temporary Finance Operations Associate Manager

We are seeking a Associate Manager, Finance Operations Accounting to join our Finance Operations Team, supporting our Dublin in a hybrid work mode. In this role, you will ensure accuracy in financial data, optimize accounting workflows, and manage a team of professionals to support key financial goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams, Accounting leadership, and offshore teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide. This is a temporary 6 month contract.

Discover your role:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve and automate accounting processes

  • Develop process models and workflow diagrams to support decision-making

  • Manage and support a team delivering accounting analysis and insights

  • Track performance metrics to identify improvements and support financial goals

  • Deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to Accounting leadership

  • Partner with offshore teams to ensure timely accounting close deliverables

  • You collaborate effectively across teams in a global organisation

  • You manage competing priorities and drive results across multiple projects

This role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 6–8+ years’ accounting experience

  • Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls

  • Expertise in business process design and documentation

  • Experience working in a global multinational accounting environment

  • Knowledge of large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems preferred

  • Six Sigma certification preferred
