We are seeking a Associate Manager Finance – International Financial Planning to join our Finance team, supporting our international finance operations. In this role, you will support financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and legal entity financial planning activities while collaborating with Finance colleagues, Country Finance Directors, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, country leadership, and other CFO functions. Discover your role:
Prepare and maintain legal entity Actuals, budget, and forecast profit and loss statements by product for markets outside the United States.
Conduct Actuals versus Forecast analysis and support critical business decisions through regular and ad hoc financial analysis.
Partner with Country Finance Directors, country leadership, and Finance colleagues to support financial planning and analysis processes across international legal entities.
Review Actuals data, advise on appropriate coding, and coordinate corrections with Accounting to support accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Prepare quarterly legal entity review decks, maintain international office dashboards and trackers, and support external audits with financial analysis and data.
Develop cash flow forecasts with Treasury, support tax-related analyses with Tax, and manage accruals, prepayments, and budget/forecast system data loads.
Support facilities-related financial activities, including cost tracking, vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and landlord payment accounting.
You approach complex challenges proactively, remain effective in ambiguity, and consider issues from multiple perspectives.
This role requires:
Relevant undergraduate degree and professional finance qualification such as ACA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of progressive finance-related experience, including at least 2 years of post-qualification experience where applicable.
Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss management, and variance analysis.
Ability to prepare and maintain legal entity financial reporting, dashboards, trackers, review materials, and management analysis.
Experience supporting accruals, prepayments, cash flow forecasting, headcount tracking, and financial data management.
Experience working with budget and forecast systems, financial coding reviews, and financial reporting accuracy processes.
Ability to support external audits and provide financial analysis for taxation-related processes, special projects, and ad hoc business requests.
Knowledge of facilities-related financial administration, including cost tracking, vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and rent-related accounting support.
Commitment to ensuring full compliance with Regeneron standard operating procedures and policies.
Fluent English communication skills; additional languages spoken in India are advantageous.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, demonstrate persistence and proactivity, and assess issues from different perspectives.
Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or Shared Service Centre environment is a plus.
