At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking a Temp Assoc QC Compliance Specialist to join our Quality Control team.
This position offers the opportunity to support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement activities across our QC laboratories, ensuring investigations and quality processes are completed to the highest standards in a GMP-regulated environment.
When & Where:
- Location: Raheen, Limerick, Ireland.
- This role supports QC laboratories including Chemistry, Bioassay, Microbiology, and Virology.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance and quality excellence.
What you'll do:
- Lead and support laboratory investigations, deviations, and non-conformance activities.
- Write and review investigation reports and associated quality documentation.
- Perform root cause analysis and partner with teams to identify effective CAPAs.
- Support the timely implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventative actions.
- Identify recurring trends and recommend process improvements to strengthen Quality Control operations.

Let's find out if we're a fit:
- Requires a BS/BA in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate Specialist: Relevant degree and/or industry experience.
- Specialist: 2+ years of Quality Control or Analytical Sciences experience, including laboratory investigation experience in a cGMP environment.
- Senior Specialist: 5+ years of Quality Control or Analytical Sciences experience, including laboratory investigation experience in a cGMP environment.
- Experience with investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and root cause analysis is highly desirable.
