At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases.We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Global Partnerships & Trial Optimization (GPTO) to join our Global Clinical Trial Services team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will support portfolio and study-level trial optimization initiatives across the Global Development organization by leveraging data, analytics, feasibility insights, and recruitment strategies to improve clinical trial execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies, support technology-enabled solutions, maintain key performance metrics, and contribute to innovative approaches that enhance study feasibility, enrollment planning, and patient recruitment efforts.

Discover your role:

  • Support portfolio and study-level feasibility, enrollment planning, and patient recruitment strategy activities across Global Development programs.
  • Serve as a GPTO technical and functional liaison, partnering with Global Development teams and supporting functions to address business and operational needs.
  • Manage technical insight generation, data quality initiatives, reporting activities, and operational planning to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform data entry, transformation, analysis, and reporting to support strategic clinical development and trial optimization decisions.
  • Maintain and monitor GPTO metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and vendor performance reporting to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Track portfolio, project, and pipeline activities proactively to support resource planning and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of technology-driven solutions and evolving data systems used within GPTO.
  • Develop scalable processes, tools, templates, and training materials to ensure consistent execution across the GPTO team.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance feasibility methodologies, analytical approaches, and data sources while ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and Regeneron SOPs.

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience using databases and systems to manage, analyze, and report clinical or operational data.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with complex data sources.
  • 2+ years of experience with Power BI, Power Query, data visualization, and analytical reporting tools.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related business applications.
  • Knowledge of clinical development processes, feasibility assessments, patient recruitment, and enrollment planning.
  • Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and data platforms independently.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across matrixed teams.
  • Awareness of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research standards.
  • Experience with Tableau, Excel VBA, and advanced data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as business needs require
