We are seeking a Medical Representative (MR) in the dermatology area to join our Immunology business unit, supporting our business in Japan. In this role, you will achieve sales objectives while fulfilling Regeneron's mission of putting patients first, collaborating with alliance partners and medical experts. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to many patients at Regeneron, a fast-growing, science-driven organization.


Location and work model:

  • Osaka area (residence expected in Osaka, Kyoto, or Hyogo).
  • Remote work.

Role details:

  • Achieve brand sales objectives through effective management of your territory budget and expenses.
  • Develop and implement an annual territory business plan based on market insights.
  • Incorporate marketing brand plans to ensure consistent strategy execution.
  • Utilize key data sources to develop a strategic territory action plan.
  • Perform administrative duties, including expense reports and marketing and field reporting.
  • Conduct business in accordance with Regeneron's regulatory and legal compliance guidelines.
  • Attend the various meetings directed by the company.
  • Think strategically and manage time effectively to maximize customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum five years of experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Driver's license.
  • Medical Representative (MR) Certification.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills, with a focus on delivering value.
  • Strong technical aptitude for explaining diseases and concepts.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and execute strategic and tactical plans within demanding schedules.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
