We are seeking a Key Account Manager, Oncology, Japan to join our Commercial Oncology team, supporting our Japan business in a field-based role. In this role, you will lead Key Opinion Leader engagement and execute promotional events that strengthen relationships with clinical experts while collaborating with sales teams, Medical Science Liaisons, and cross-functional and cross-regional collaborators. When & where:

Japan. This is a field-based role. Travel is required approximately 80%, including some weekends for conferences and meetings.


Discover your role:

  • Build Regeneron's reputation and relationships with key oncology healthcare professionals nationally, regionally, and locally.
  • Plan and execute peer-to-peer events with Key Opinion Leaders, including web seminars, congress seminars, and area lecture meetings.
  • Drive KOL engagement through advisory boards, speaker tours, and round-table discussions across oncology therapy areas.
  • Deliver external collaborator engagement plans for national congresses and HCP meetings alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Medical Science Liaisons to create and agree on an aligned brand strategy.
  • Support Field Plan of Action development and field communications with the sales team.
  • You uphold the highest ethical and compliance standards in every interaction.
  • You thrive when collaborating across complex, rapidly changing environments.

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8–10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise managing KOL relationships and executing events such as congress seminars, web seminars, and lecture meetings.
  • Working knowledge of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations related to promotional activities.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 80%, including some weekends.
  • Experience in oncology marketing for KOL communication preferred.
  • Established Key Opinion Leader relationships within oncology preferred.
