Reporting to the Director Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for assigned Corporate Business groups in India. They will also assist with the execution of TA strategy through effective recruitment strategy and crafting solutions to improve processes. The individual must have strong recruiting and sourcing activities as well as people management and organizational skills. The individual exercises good judgment in a variety of situations, has strong written and verbal communication and an ability to balance multiple priorities.

Identifies and attracts top talent across international markets by allocating time and resources to focus on top priorities, utilizing data-driven decisions, and taking ownership for successful outcomes.
Acts as a strategic advisor to leaders by devising and deploying diverse talent strategies.
Lead recruiting for assigned corporate roles by developing a dynamic sourcing approach.
Ensures Regeneron Talent Acquisition practices are in line with company overall cultural philosophy, generating a inclusive pipeline of candidates.
Partners with strategic search firms where needed to ensure roles are filled in a timely manner.
Partners with the talent brand team to develop market appropriate strategies to attract the right talent to Regeneron at the right time in a culturally sensitive way.
Partners with TA Operations and HR Technology to ensure Regeneron has fit for purpose Applicant Tracking, CRM, Sourcing systems etc.
Deliver great candidate and hiring team journeys by using data to optimize our process and approach.
Partners closely with HRBPs, HR COEs and Business Leadership to assess talent needs and hire remarkable employees. Understand Regeneron’s workforce planning activities and uses insights to prepare for future Talent Acquisition activities.
Provides hiring and employment data, metrics, and visualization analytics to help support talent acquisition decision making.
Maintains awareness of government regulations, employment and privacy law and engages with Company Counsel as needed.
May manage a team, ensuring Regeneron has the right resources as we scale up talent acquisition activities.
This role requires:
3rd level degree in HR or a related discipline.
8+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
Fluent in English.
Proven people management skills and experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.
Should be detail orientated with the ability to organise and plan ahead.
Strong IT skills with an in-depth understanding of TA / HR metrics & data analysis.
Experience with ATS Workday preferred.
