We are seeking a Senior Finance Service Delivery Analyst to join our Financial Shared Services team in a hybrid role. In this position, you will support global payroll and accounting operations by performing reconciliations, maintaining data accuracy, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with established financial controls and processes. You will collaborate with internal team members and external partners to drive operational excellence and deliver a high standard of service across multiple regions. Discover your role:
Perform reconciliations between enterprise systems and external vendor platforms to ensure financial and payroll data accuracy.
Prepare, validate, and reconcile data templates supporting payroll processing across multiple global countries.
Execute accounting and payroll processes in accordance with established procedures and service delivery standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with global Finance, Payroll, and Shared Services teams to support operational activities across regions.
Prepare schedules and supporting documentation impacting the accounting month-end close and financial reporting processes.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities while ensuring adherence to timelines.
Assist in the preparation of reports, audit documentation, and compliance-related deliverables.
Maintain process documentation, mappings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational consistency and governance.
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, improve processes, and optimize service delivery within the Shared Services organization.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, governance requirements, and regulatory standards.
This role requires:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline (B.Com or BBM preferred).
5+ years of experience in payroll operations, accounting, finance shared services, financial reporting, or related analytical roles.
Experience performing reconciliations between enterprise systems and third-party vendor platforms.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Knowledge of financial controls, governance practices, compliance requirements, and audit support activities.
Ability to proactively identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
Experience working in a global shared services environment is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, and cultures.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
