You will be responsible for the Chugoku and Shikoku area.

Your residence is expected to be in Hiroshima or Okayama.(Hyogo or Osaka also available for consultation)

As a pivotal member of our team, you will manage a group of Sales Specialists within a designated region, coaching and performance-managing them to achieve commercial goals. A Typical Day:
As Sales Manager, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and meaningful contributions. You can expect to:

  • Lead and coach the Sales Specialist Team to deliver on commercial objectives.

  • Develop and implement regional and local account plans with clear tactical strategies.

  • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure targets are met, adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Manage budgets effectively to demonstrate return on investment across the region.

  • Foster productive working relationships with co-commercialization partners and key healthcare professionals (HCPs).

  • Ensure full adherence to industry codes of practice and company procedures.

  • Provide performance overviews to relevant business functions, supporting organizational success.

  • Identify and share best practices to enhance team performance and collaboration.

  • Are skilled at networking, influencing, and building high-credibility relationships.

  • Are comfortable with frequent travel and adapting to diverse environments.

To Be Considered:
Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or biology, and have at least 7 years of progressive industry experience. MR certification and a valid driver’s license are required. Proficiency in working with data, CRM systems, and tools like Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Preferred qualifications include therapy area knowledge in respiratory and ENT, biologics sales experience, and established relationships with key opinion leaders in these fields. Fluency in English is advantageous but not mandatory.
