The Associate Director, U.S. HCP Marketing, is a critical role within the Global Rare Disease Commercial Business Unit. By leading, planning, and implementing multiple HCP marketing efforts for both in-line and pipeline products in our rare disease portfolio, this role will ensure the integration of diverse marketing elements to deliver exceptional customer experience. We believe you will support strategic and operational analysis as well as takes a lead role in driving large projects within the business, allowing for deep insight and access to business strategy and marketing direction. Key core responsibilities will include digital marketing, speaker programs, conventions/congresses, and launch readiness/go-to-market planning for pipeline products. This position will contribute to the success of and growth of the Global Rare Disease portfolio and will report to the Senior Director, US Marketing Lead.

Discover your role:
- Partners with brand leadership, sales leadership, marketing and market access to set marketing strategy, find opportunities, gaps and solutions to drive commercial success
- Assists in operational analysis, analyzing existing business strategy and derive recommendations to drive ad-hoc projects within the business, allowing for improved understanding in support of marketing execution
- Lead the implementation of innovative HCP digital marketing strategies and programs in the US market.
- Lead KOL engagement and HCP Speaker program strategy and tactical execution
- Drive and manage Patient Diagnosis efforts such as sponsored genetic testing programs across the rare disease portfolio
- Contribute to HCP brand planning across two brands and execute programs within allocated budgets, tracking KPIs and balancing priorities between in-line growth and pipeline launch preparation (including Congress planning and execution
- Develop compliant unbranded disease education and pre-launch HCP strategies for pipeline products, in partnership with Medical Affairs
- Drive HCP segmentation, targeting, and customer insights, including identification of treaters and centers of excellence in a rare disease setting
- Lead field enablement, including sales training, POA (plan of action) content, and HCP-facing resources, in partnership with sales leadership
- Manage agency partners and lead promotional materials through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review
This role requires:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or related field
- 8+ years of U.S. commercial experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related areas.
- Preferred to have Rare Disease experience.

$157,200.00 - $256,600.00
