At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking a 2027 Co-op to join our Accounting team.


This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.


When & where:

Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY

Timeframe: This Co-op position is part-time and onsite from January-May (Spring)

Pay: Intern and Co-op pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for these locations is: $17.90-$50.90 per hour.


What you’ll do:

  • Support accounting projects and initiatives that contribute to Regeneron's global business operations.
  • Gain exposure to accounting processes, financial reporting activities, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with accounting professionals and cross-functional business partners on ongoing projects.
  • Develop and maintain reports, presentations, and other tools that support business objectives.
  • Participate in meetings with team members and business stakeholders to better understand organizational operations.
  • Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to managers and leadership teams.
  • Contribute to meaningful project work that delivers value to the business while developing professional skills.

Relevant majors: Accounting or related majors

  • Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree (and be returning to school the semester following the position or graduating after the position)
  • Must be able to commit to 16-24 hours per week from January-May
  • Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community preferred
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
