The Director, Thought Leader Liaison Lead, Allergy, is a field-based, non-sales leader responsible for a national team of eight Associate Director-level Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs). The team builds and manages relationships with U.S. allergy thought leaders across multiple disease areas. The Director is a member of the marketing leadership team and works with cross-functional and alliance partners to align TLL strategy and execution with brand priorities. This role reports to the Senior Director, CRSwNP/AFRS Marketing.

Discover your role:
- Lead and develop the national TLL team, including performance management, coaching, succession planning, and career development.
- Build a high-performing and inclusive team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, sound judgment, and company values.
- Set the national Allergy TLL strategy, translating brand priorities and a comprehensive understanding of allergy thought leaders into clear field plans and execution.
- Oversee key TLL activities, including thought-leader engagement, congress and conference presence, and speaker-training strategy and execution, speaker program execution in close partnership with field teams to ensure alignment, engagement, and impact
- Bring field and customer insights into brand planning, helping marketing and other partners identify opportunities, improve strategy, and strengthen execution.
- Partner across functions, including marketing, field, medical, market access, and other teams, to develop and refine business plans that support brand objectives.
- Build effective alliance partnerships, aligning priorities, roles, operating processes, and execution across organizations.
- Manage the TLL budget and operating model, including resource allocation, team processes, vendor support, and performance measurement.
- Maintain a strong culture of compliance and sound judgment across thought-leader engagement, congress activity, speaker programs, operating practices, and travel and expense management.
This role requires:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical experience in field sales, product marketing, medical, clinical, or a related function.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing experienced teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, organization, project-management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 50–80%.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Preferred qualifications
- Master’s degree or other relevant advanced education or certification.
- Specialty pharmaceutical experience.
- Experience working with thought leaders, field-based teams, and alliance partners.
