Specialist - Reporting Analytics & Business Intelligence

We are seeking a Specialist Reporting Analytics & Business Intelligence to join our Data, Tech, and Innovation function, supporting Global Development analytics initiatives in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will develop and maintain reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making while collaborating with reporting, analytics, and business partners. Discover your role:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced Tableau and Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and reports to deliver metrics and analytics that drive business insights.
• Build, test, maintain, and enhance reporting workbooks and dashboards supporting Global Development analytics initiatives.
• Optimize reporting platforms and business intelligence tools for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Monitor and refine dashboards and visualizations to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness in decision making.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all reporting and visualization outputs.
• Support AI integration initiatives, including opportunities to demonstrate Large Language Models within the reporting landscape to enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Communicate technical concepts in business terms and translate business needs into reporting solutions that create measurable value.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing attention to detail with delivery in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in a related field with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models within the reporting landscape for advanced reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Qlik (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex datasets.
• Familiarity with clinical trial operational data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across partners.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
