Manufacturing Scheduling Specialist

At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking a Manufacturing Scheduling Specialist to join our Supply Chain Planning team.

When & where:

• Location: Raheen, Limerick

What you’ll do:

• Providing daily, weekly and monthly schedules to enable production to meet plan
• Assisting in the coordination of scheduling activities with both manufacturing and non-manufacturing groups
• Providing the BPS with the appropriate level of detail in order to complete the job safely
• Facilitating the daily Planning and Scheduling meetings with Manufacturing and supporting functions
• Acting as the principle liaison between Maintenance, Process Utilities, Engineering, and Manufacturing to complete maintenance and repair activities
• Initial screening of incoming work orders, priority of job, identification of scope, and analysis of the required level of planning
• Performing data collection and analysis related to process durations, operator efficiencies, and characterizing scheduling delays
• Creating data models using spreadsheets, code, or other relevant methods
• Assisting in capacity planning decisions
• Assisting in improving communication between different shifts, process areas, and levels of the organization
• Assisting with the creation of scheduled start-up & shutdown project plans

• Requires a BS/BA in Science, Engineering or a related field (MS in similar field preferred) and 2 years experience in a related area.
