Position Summary
The Associate Manager – Security, Intelligence Analyst, will lead Regeneron’s Corporate Security Intelligence Program, which provides business leaders and corporate security decision-makers with in-depth analysis of existing and emerging threats that could impact employees, information, facilities, and partners. This position requires proven experience in counterintelligence, criminal investigations, protective intelligence, geopolitical analysis, intellectual property, cyber, business resilience and continuity, and open-source intelligence (OSINT).
Job Responsibilities
- Lead all-source intelligence collection/analysis across all investigative programs, including counterintelligence, IP/trade secrets, counterfeit product and diversion, fraud, insider threat, and cyber.
- Provide analytical support and investigative assistance as needed during corporate security investigations.
- Conduct proactive monitoring/reporting of global threats, including geopolitical instability, criminal activity, insider risks, terrorism, civil unrest, and cyber-enabled threats.
- Perform comprehensive threat assessments supporting all elements of the Corporate Security program.
- Partner with the Executive Protection (EP) team to provide pre-travel briefs, advance risk reports, and real-time threat monitoring.
- Develop intelligence products (daily briefs, incident reports, executive summaries, and risk forecasts) for senior leadership and the security team.
- Partner with the Business Resilience Program to support planning and response for disruptions.
- Fuse information from OSINT, commercial platforms, law enforcement, government, and private sector sources to deliver actionable intelligence.
- Create executive-level dashboards, risk maps, and incident tracking systems for situational awareness.
- Assist with security planning for high-profile corporate events, board meetings, and investor relations activities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to conduct due diligence investigations.
- Maintain strong working relationships with external intelligence networks, security peers, and law enforcement.
- Partner with the Information Security team on cross-domain threat assessments and investigations.
This Job May Be For You If You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement, Intelligence Community, ora similar field and 7 years of experience, or equivalent.
- Expertise in global security threats, adversary tactics, crisis planning and response, and the broader threat landscape.
- Demonstrated expertise conducting analysis of sophisticated national security and criminal matters.
- Skilled operating in a complex, changing environment that requires collaboration across internal and external partners.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills with strong sense of judgment and integrity. Briefing experience a plus.
