We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist to join our Antibody Discovery team within the Protein Expression Sciences department. This role is at the forefront of early therapeutic discovery, where you will drive ongoing programs and analyze complex datasets to enable the selection of next-generation therapeutic antibodies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, coordinating screening campaigns, interpreting high-throughput data across multiple concurrent projects, and clearly communicating key findings to internal stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights are essential for success in this role. Discover your role:

  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously within a cross-functional team environment
  • Establishes and communicates timelines across research teams, both within and outside the department
  • Analyzes primary screening data using a variety of software tools and selects antibodies with desired functional properties
  • Ensures accurate and complete capture of experimental data in internal databases and repositories
  • Presents results from antibody discovery campaigns to team members, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership
  • Stays current with scientific advances in the field and contributes to team strategy
  • Mines and summarizes data to support process improvements and enhance discovery pipelines

This role requires:

  • Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Enjoys working in a high-throughput environment focused on discovering innovative therapies for serious medical conditions
  • Brings a collaborative, agile mindset and leverages technology creatively to accelerate drug discovery
  • Has experience using modern data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., advanced Excel, GraphPad Prism, Spotfire, Power BI, or similar platforms) to explore datasets, generate insights, and communicate results
  • Demonstrates strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with basic scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, R, or workflow tools) is a plus but not required
  • Experience with laboratory automation and data management systems (e.g., LIMS) is a plus
  • A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals is preferred

Additional qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of immunology, including antibody generation, structure, and characterization (strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience analyzing large datasets and synthesizing results into clear conclusions
  • Experience with multi-well assays used in drug screening and high-throughput data analysis (preferred)
