Associate Director Business Analysis (Sleepy Hollow, NY)
Regeneron Healthcare Solutions, Inc. seeks an Associate Director Business Analysis (Sleepy Hollow, NY) to support the Rare Disease Commercial Business Unit through the application of end-to-end analyses and insights, and the application of analytical expertise to drive strategic choices, tactical execution, and commercial excellence. Collaborate on the rare disease data strategy, the procurement of various datasets, build and implement the analytics plan, inform business decisions, and design and implement analytical solutions to support business opportunities. Conduct primary and secondary market research and provide integrated insights for the business unit. Develop and execute analytics plans to support business objectives and strategic initiatives. Generate performance reporting and interpret results based on key strategic imperatives, business questions and definition of success. Identify business needs and propose potential analytical approaches for solutions. Conduct subnational analyses and champion the use of local customer insights. Identify and evaluate business opportunities leveraging descriptive, prescriptive and predictive analytics (e.g., patient finder, next best HCP, etc.). Deliver the analytics necessary for Integrated business reviews, Quarterly business reviews support, and strategic planning. 2 Direct Reports in the position of Contractor Analysts. Local telecommuting permitted up to 1 day per week. 5% domestic travel required.
SALARY RANGE: $224,640 - $256,600 per year
Job Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field, and 4 years of experience in advanced Analytics and Customer Insights within the biopharmaceutical healthcare market. Must have experience with: Leading analytics and market research initiatives targeting healthcare providers, patients, caregivers, payers, and other critical stakeholders; Data Mining of syndicated pharma data sources such as IQVIA, Komodo, and MMIT to analytically derive insights to inform Business Questions and Key decisions; Assessing and implementing novel methodologies and frameworks that address rare disease challenges, such as identifying meaningful insights for rare disease patient journeys, improving diagnostic pathways, and enhancing brand differentiation throughout the product lifecycle; Developing and operationalizing diagnostic funnel and patient journey models specific to rare disease indications, focusing on the unique challenges of disease awareness, diagnosis, and treatment pathways; Coding in SQL, Python, R and/or SAS (BASE, STAT, SQL, or Macros) in cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake; Hands-on Working Knowledge of Business Reporting Intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and MicroStrategy to report Brand Performance and Execution Metrics in Rare Disease Space; Applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Based models on top of De-identified Patient and Physician datasets such as Claims, and EMR for Patient Identification, Customer Targeting, Leads and Triggers Generation, and Customer Insights; Conducting Primary Market Research Studies in Rare Disease Space to inform Clinical Message Effectiveness and Brand – Performance, Positioning, Perceptions, Access, and Treatment related questions; Working on Commercial Mix Modelling, Field Alignment, Incentive Compensation and Call Planning to Design Sales Force Commercial Effectiveness Strategy; Major CRM Tools such as Veeva and Salesforce, and leveraging them to develop key capabilities for Omnichannel Engagement Strategy; and Developing Analytics Framework for New Product Launches working with different stakeholders in Commercial Organization.
