As a Senior Manager – Development Services & Operational Excellence, you will serve as a key liaison between the assigned region and the Learning Center of Excellence (LCoE), supporting training design, delivery, and onboarding initiatives within a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment. You will drive operational excellence by ensuring high-quality, consistent training delivery, enabling onboarding experiences, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with global collaborators.
A Typical Day May Include the Following:
Act as a primary point of contact between the region and the Learning Center of Excellence for training and onboarding activities
Support the design and localization of training materials to meet regional, cultural, and business needs
Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, including system, process, and functional onboarding programs
Partner with SMEs and functional leaders to deliver training initiatives and ensure alignment with global standards
Support onboarding programs by collaborating with HR, LCoE, and regional collaborators to deliver a seamless new hire experience
Serve as an escalation point for training-related queries and ensure timely resolution of stakeholder requests
Coordinate training schedules, communications, and logistics, including internal and external facilitators or vendors
Maintain LMS administration activities such as registrations, attendance tracking, and reporting
Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal governance requirements for training materials
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve training effectiveness, and drive operational efficiencies across GCC initiatives
This Role May Be for You If You Have:
Experience in training delivery, learning & development, onboarding, or operational excellence within a global or shared services environment
Strong understanding of learning design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Strong planning, organizational, and project coordination capabilities
A structured and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
To Be Considered for This Role:
8+ years of relevant experience, including significant experience in training, learning & development, or operational excellence within a multinational or GCC environment
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) preferred
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industries is preferred
Proven experience in developing training curricula and delivering programs across multiple modalities
Fluency in English and ability to work effectively with global teams
