We are seeking an Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our growing team supporting environmental sustainability strategies, programs, and initiatives across IOPS (Industrial Operations and Product Supply) globally as a subject matter expert, partnering with Corporate Responsibility. You will maintain, lead and manage assigned environmental sustainability practices. You'll be responsible for coordinating, developing, performing and/or implementing environmental sustainability program monitoring, data validation and reporting. This role will support leadership in developing, presenting and maintaining environmental sustainability and related initiatives Roadmap.

What you'll do:
- Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders within global IOPS and Corporate Responsibility teams to advance environmental goals, track and report progress
- Provide support in the development, communication, and implementation of specific environmental initiatives and programs
- Maintain assigned/approved projects on track, provide ongoing status to achieve deadlines
- Identify and seek applicable cross-functional approval for meaningful new opportunities such as, but not limited to optimizing/minimizing water and energy usage, reducing waste, advancing recycling, including hazardous waste generation, green initiatives and LEED projects
- Develop, coordinate, support and/or lead various committees or working groups to identify, research, implement, communicate, and/or monitor sustainability initiatives
- Collect, calculate and analyze multiple data inputs of environmental sustainability reporting. Maintain highest level of data integrity practices. Maintain Utilities invoicing
- Coalesce information and report out on progress of initiatives to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue relevant environmental incentives, inform emerging trends, and research/communicate industry benchmarks
- Coordinate and collaborate with Facilities Operations regarding Energy Management and water stewardship strategies, aligning with IOPS and/or Corp. Sustainability goals
- Support Corporate Responsibility in the data collection and review of public disclosures, assurance auditing, quarterly/annual program reviews and ESG scoring
- Support other assigned duties including, but not limited to GMP audits, SCC (Safe, Clean Compliant)

- Specialist requires BA/BS in relevant field and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Senior Specialist requires BA/BS in relevant field and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of sustainability certifications and environmental regulations
- Strong mathematical, analysis and strong project management skills
- Experienced in benchmarking and analyzing utility data
- In-depth understanding of GHG scopes and reporting
- Strong understanding of LEED
- Must be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 40 lbs
