The role

Build our future together:

As a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), you are a critical front-line member of Regeneron’s Commercial and Field Reimbursement Management team. Your primary focus is helping healthcare provider offices navigate the complex specialty biologic access and reimbursement landscape — removing barriers so patients can access the therapies they need. You will serve as a subject matter expert on payers, prior authorization, specialty pharmacy, and access programs, working collaboratively across Regeneron and our Alliance partner teams. This role reports to the District Manager, Field Market Access.

When & where:

  • Field role
  • Location: Boston South

Discover your role:

  • Partnering cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales teams — Sales Directors, Medical Specialists, and fellow FRMs — to serve as the go-to payer and process expert for healthcare provider accounts.
  • Developing and executing a strategic access and reimbursement plan tailored to the specific needs of each product and account within your geography.
  • Educating physician offices on product coverage, specialty pharmacy processes, and patient support programs to streamline access and pull-through.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with targeted HCP offices to proactively resolve payer coverage barriers in a compliant, patient-centered manner.
  • Tracking local and national payer landscape developments — including formulary changes, utilization management criteria, prior authorization, step edits, and appeals — and keeping your field partners informed.
  • Supporting the development of market access materials by sharing field insights on access trends and reimbursement challenges.
  • Maintaining up-to-date clinical and product knowledge so you are viewed as the most knowledgeable access resource in your therapeutic area.
  • Managing your territory budget to deploy resources effectively and drive measurable results.

This role requires:

  • A bachelor’s degree — required.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals or subcutaneous self-injectable biologics, including at least 2 years in reimbursement or field access roles.
  • Demonstrated experience working with products distributed through a specialty pharmacy network.
  • Proven track record to navigate a matrixed, account management-based environment with multiple internal and external collaborators.
  • Collaboration and communication skills — you are as comfortable in a one-on-one physician office meeting as you are presenting to a group.
  • Experience in self-injectable biologic products is a plus.
  • A background in leadership or cross-functional team coordination is a plus.
