We are seeking a Senior Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Capability Center (GCC). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and accomplishing complex payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, operational excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will work closely with Global Payroll, HR, Finance, and external payroll providers while contributing to process improvements, governance initiatives, and team development.

  • Lead payroll processing activities for assigned international countries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.

  • Review payroll inputs, calculations, reconciliations, and outputs to maintain data integrity and minimize payroll discrepancies.

  • Partner with Global Payroll, Human Resources, Finance teams, and external payroll vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations and timely issue resolution.

  • Support payroll critical issues, team member inquiries, and sophisticated payroll matters while maintaining high service standards.

  • Prepare and review payroll reports, reconciliations, variance analyses, and supporting schedules for month-end close activities.

  • Conduct audit checks, compliance reviews, and control activities to ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal policies.

  • Participate in payroll system enhancements, testing activities (UAT), process optimization initiatives, and automation efforts.

  • Create and maintain payroll documentation, SOPs, payroll calendars, and governance controls to drive operational consistency.

  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation, reports, and control evidence.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives across payroll operations.

This role requires

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll, payroll accounting, HR operations, or shared services environments.

  • Experience with payroll and HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, ADP, or similar systems.

  • Solid understanding of payroll processes, controls, compliance requirements, and payroll reconciliations.

  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to manage large datasets accurately.

  • Proven ability to perform detailed reviews, identify discrepancies, and resolve complex payroll issues.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven global environment.

  • Experience supporting payroll audits, financial reporting, and compliance activities preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence programs.

  • Experience coaching or mentoring team members within payroll or shared services operations preferred.

  • Exposure to multi-country payroll operations and global business services environments is desirable.
